As a courtesy to our clients, RDL bills patients, Medicare, Medicaid, MediCal and third party carriers.  Our Patient Services representatives are trained to assist our patients in understanding the billing process and assisting them in resolving disputes with their insurance companies.  They are aware that many patients have chronic diseases and are respectful and understanding when speaking with them.  For more specific information regarding our billing practices, please see the section entitled “Billing Information” under Services.
